In Malaysia, private colleges or Public universities in can be anywhere and any place. Everyone can be holder a university diploma or .
In recent years, our education is more trend  prefer to the quantity but not quality.

Perhaps one of the development  philosophy of Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad is change the people  through education. And also Improve people's living standards, reduce the social gap between rich and poor.This development philosophy is important  to change people's attitude towards the life.
This philosophy same concept with the 
Matsushita emphasis in the plain water philosophy. 
Thru Mass production of the product-generalization, so that everyone can enjoy the product.
As everyone can enjoy and access to the tap water like Panasonic 
products. 


Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad is the same, try universalization of education,
So that each people of Malaysia can be has chance to access education.
From the primary school curriculum, secondary schools, to college, step by step slowly extended this education chances to the community.
So that everyone can go and learning at the University.
So everyone has a certain level of knowledge.
Through 
universalization education , Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad succeeded to develop  our country from under develop country  to the developing countries.
The people's living  standard is improved along with the pace.

At that time, Malaysia is indeed need a lot of "graduated"
But as times changing, society has a request most higher level of knowledge for the people we seek to be followed to improve.
In addition to a higher level of knowledge, the community also emphasizes creativity.
How people using knowledge to link other knowledge to create new knowledge to solve new problems, and increase our human ability. 
In addition to own this knowledge, but also know how to use.



Unfortunately, our administration did not remedy.
Our administration didn't develop education system and methods when the social is changing.
We are still limited to "memories" approach.
Student go to class is for get 4.0 score. 

Endorsement is dead, they just know follow the what to write on the book. 
If the question or problem turning, their can't master them.




I had been met with a college top student.
She knows when the "1 +2 = 3", but when this question fell back, 3-2 =??, He stumped.
In addition she did not think about 1 can be equal 3,thru 1 +1 +1  = 3.
Her knowledge only 1 +2 = 3, not 1 +2 can not equal to 3 .
